Farmaceutical companies, here it goes a good advise, stop selling and trying to put on our troats drugs than istead making any good to us, make us more sick... we know most of the people are awakening and know that there is real things to cure us and is not precisely your poisons, lots of medicine is good, but some are just not enough good to be worth the damage and toxicological effect that does to our bodies, if you want to keep on bussines, you are going to have to start using more supplements, natural compounds, acupunture and reflexology devices, auriculotherapy and aromatherapies, Doctors will always be needed but they need to start learning about alternative medicine so they can cure, alive and save more people.
One and the most important thing of all, PREVENTION
PREVENTION,.... I think some products in the market that are not just drugs but real FOODS that we feed our families can be full of toxin and poisons, we need to stop consuming those foods, we need to eat healty so you don't have to suffer any sickness...
You want to save on medical insurance and almost do not need a doctor but once or twice a year?? eat healty, excersice, do not OVER EAT, find something else to do, keep busy in something fun, save money, do not spend every penny you got, when we are stressed about our finaces we EAT OUR WAY OUT OF THE STRESS, AND WE GET MORE POOR AND MORE STRESSED AND MORE SICK...
Break the vicious circle, Yes it is going against every body does... but who cares nobody else is going to help you when you go sick, or when you end up poor,
We have to love ourselves, do what is best for ourselves, and pray a lot.

Microcosmos every day
As in the very begining of our lifes, every day that we open our eyes the first thought that cames to our mind sometimes determine the type of day we will have, so every day when we wake up we have to make sure our first thougth in the morning is a positive, beautiful and energizing thought, it doesn't matter that You know for sure maybe you will deal with a hard situation at home, work or school, but wake up with a positive thought and also even better if you are thank full for another day to be alive, and create your own reality one more time...
Every day is a new chance to live, is like a little short life, a mini me life, One day represents the microcosmic life, of the macrocosmos of our entire Life, remember the same is in the Universe than in a tiny atom, same laws, same rules, same love and energy.
We are creators just as our Father is, so it is true, we do create and the secret of it is love, is clean our minds and bodies to let love rule in our entire life and guide us to the progress and succcess of our spiritual journey not just on earth but in the Universe.
I want to thank to Merlin who ispired me to write four or five words once in a while :)
The good things sometimes comes in little portions any way :P haha joke!.

Outside
Outside of us there is nothing, just inside

Many years we belive that falling makes us strong
that love is a reason and sudelnly you are very lonely

We believe that we can pray and be fine but if we keep looking outside sudenly we get lost

Mundane Frustration
How can we give birth light from the inside? when we are not capable to take our own decisions when we are told what is good and bad, when we do not take the time and effort to find this truth, we are all living in a matrix and do not realize it, I don't know nothing! that is the only thing I know, as Socrates said, but I try to read I try to learn trought experience, through learning, living to understand and get my own point of view of the things in me and around me, I am nice and try to help whenever I can if I am asked for, I do not spect anything in return from anybody, I love to love... but I could be the worst of the humans in the world, but I am me, and I know who I am, and I own myself outside my creator, I know who I am, and nobody is going to tell me how lo live my life, what is right and wrong, because that is why my creator give me a soul, a spirit a councience and a brain! and if in a country people is not allow to be themselves and think for themselves is just wrong! Sometimes I feel like media and all the publicity is just crap to keep people living in this box with the 80 percent of negative things, things that are going in the wrong direction, and nobody stop it, because is like going against the force of the river.
I do not like when people dare to judge others, that is something nobody should do, One because is bad for the one doing it, because as you judge, God will judge you. Two, because is not your job the last of the things we came here to do is to judge and point with the finger, and to tell this one is bad, or wrong or is not good enought or their faith is not the right one, If people start to look inside themselves instead watching what others are doing or not doing with their lives, the world could be a very nice place to live in....Gosh, those things are really sickening, I know in this point I am not beeing very bright because I am hating something, yes, and that is not positive, I am hating stupidity, I have a hard or imposible time trying to tolerate Intolerance, Stupidity, Masive Manipulation, I just wish everybody could open their eyes and start living their lifes with their own dreams not the dreams of the goverment, or the dreams the media and other powers in charge want us to live.
I understand that can be confortable just stay in the line, we all have our time, their time will come for them to think about it... I hope...
